Frequently asked questions
1. Intra-community VAT (0%) for EU-based companies
Companies from outside the Netherlands can enter their vat ID into their account. If it is correct and accepted
you can check out exclusive of VAT. Of course we will provide you with a correct invoice, in line with all
international regulations.
2. How do I get my product? What is a download delivery?
We send almost all licenses by email. We will provide with proper instruction on how to activate the licenses
and where to download the software.
3. I want Office for multiple computers, can I get a discount?
Yes you can. If you want Office for five or more computers please consult our sales department for the best advice. We will you make an offer for multiple single
licenses or Volume Licenses (OLP, Microsoft's Open License Program).
4. When do I receive my order?
Delivery time Levertijd: 1 minute / 1 second
Most licenses we keer in our own stock. With our automatic delivery system these licenses will be delivered within
one minute, or actually one second, after finsihing and paying or your order.
Longer delivery times
We don't keep all licenses in stock, and for a lot of licenses that's simply not possible. We will order your license after you
have placed an order on our website. When a license is in stock with the distributor we will normally send it within a few hourse
(during business hours). Some licenses need to be registered with the publisher, these can take a little longer, bur usually no more than 1 business day.
5. Can I return or exchange my order and get a refund?
Because of the nature of our products unfortunately it is not possible to return, refund or
exchange your order. After we have sent you your unique license key, it is impossible to "un-have" the
license. Therefore the same rules apply as they do for downloaded films, music and ebooks.
Of course we guarantee that the license we sent is legitimate and brand new, and that is the license we offer on our website.
Sometimes it is possible to refund an order. Please send us an email with your request, and we will check if your license qualifies for an exception.
Please be warned, most of the times this is not possible.
6. Can I get support for my software license?
Of course! For questions concerning installation, applications or other specific functions about your
software you can contact the publisher of your software. If you just placed an order and have issues with
your license, then please contact Blue Nandu immediately.
